This is teams of four couples per team.
There is an: Under 12’s team
Under 16s team
Adult team, 16 & above
Over 35’s team
All Ladies

Representing your dance centre, each couple dancing is an enrolled member of their dance centre and must have taken a medal in Ballroom and Latin dance in each 12- month season. The teams dance in team matches, up to six a year, against other dance centres in the North West League. There is a finals weekend in December annually, when all areas dance against each other, making it a nationwide event.
